Tipton County Schools hired Fleming Architects to design and oversee the construction of a new public high school that would serve the Brighton community. The campus accommodates 1,082 students, grades 5-8, and includes a main school building, parking lot, football field, practice field, a weight room and a track. The main building consists of 6 main hallways, which connect classroom spaces, a cafeteria, atrium, library, a greenhouse and a shop.
The mission of Brighton Middle School is to provide a safe and secure environment while promoting an education that challenges students to become productive citizens.
