The team at Power Center Community Development Corporation enlisted Fleming Architects to create the PCA Town Center, a comprehensive community model that will include Power Center Academy Middle and High Schools, a performing arts center, a wellness center, housing, and retail space. The planned development will be constructed over a 43-acre site on the westernmost side of the Hickory Hill Community, which was once home to a blighted and abandoned 394- unit apartment complex. The vision and intention for the Town Centre is that it will be an environment that helps revitalize and support the Hickory Hill community.
