Fleming was challenged by the team at Verso Paper Corporation to renovate an existing office space, transforming it into a signature headquarters for the Fortune 500 Company. To reinforce their corporate commitment to natural and sustainable materials, the Verso Paper renovation prominently features nature-themed materials throughout the space, including sustainably-harvested wood floors and millwork, paper and wood-based wall coverings, nature-based decorative resin panels, and handcrafted hardwood furniture. Improvements were also made to the lighting and HVAC systems, which increased their efficiency and allowed the building to, not only look great, but perform well.
